Do I have to sign a long term contract?
We only require a 12 month contract for use of ZenTouch™. You can add users any time to the system for an additional monthly subscription free. We are so confident in our system we do provide a 30 day cancellation if you are not completely satisfied, with only payments outstanding due upon cancellation.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, just contact your Zenware™ Representative to add or delete additional account users at any time.
Is there a free trial period
We are pleased to guide you through our system and even experiment with our Corporate Demo Account of the system. Due to our direct integration with QuickBooks we do not provide a trial period. Contact us for a complete demo of ZenTouch™ to ensure it meets your needs.
